The Marshall County Historical Society invites its members and the public to their Annual Banquet, scheduled for Monday evening, March 17, 2025 at the Strand Theatre in Moundsville, WV.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner, catered by Alexander’s on 7th, will be served at 6:00 p.m. Our guest speaker for the event is Stan Bumgardner, presenting “Old Time Music: A West Virginia Tradition from Pioneer Days to Today. Mr. Bumgardner was creative director for the West Virginia State Museum Renovation, completed in 2009. For seven years, he also served as the editor of Goldenseal magazine. He is currently the e-WV media editor for the West Virginia Humanities Council.

MCHS officers for the upcoming year will also be installed.
