The wonders of nature abound around us, yet we take little time to stop and appreciate it. On Saturday July 14th from 9-12:30 the Cockayne Farmstead will host this free “Environmental Explorers” event for children grades 1-6. Come explore the rich biodiversity of the Ohio Valley as students learn about the plants, animals, and cultures that make up our local ecosystems and how we can be more responsible members of our natural community.
